On a Mission
As a team of award-winning investigative filmmakers (A Billion Lives) on a mission to help change society for the better, we strongly believe there’s a lot the public needs to learn about nicotine...and fast.
To help make a difference, we’re eager to engage the media about the various issues surrounding nicotine use (usage by teenagers, smoking cessation, potential therapeutic values, etc.).
Synopsis
Award-winning director Aaron Biebert poses a serious question: “How much ignorance is okay for a life-and-death topic?”
With over a billion people smoking cigarettes worldwide and nicotine use among teenagers on the rise, the truth about nicotine is well overdue. Does nicotine cause cancer? What does it do to a teenager’s brain? How addictive is it? Are there benefits for adults using nicotine? Who is covering up the truth? Why?
Follow our team on an eye-opening journey around the world to discover the shocking truth about nicotine, why young people shouldn’t use it, why some people should, and how it could dramatically change the life of a loved one...even if they don’t smoke.
